- 24 hour service calls – Available around the clock for any service issue that arises.
- No “Nickel and Dime” charges – billing is fair with no mileage charges for service calls, charging for every item delivered. We are here to build a solid relationship built on Trust and Fairness to both parties.
- When delays occur, giving clear explanations why delays are occurring, whom is responsible and whether work shall resume and whether that time will be billable.
- Any rig move that is under 15 hours will be billed hourly.
